This page is owned and operated by Doodad Toys, LLC. We have exclusive license to the books, toys and characters produced by Legacy Publishers, the publisher of the Amadeus the Traveling Dog book series. We created this store to sell the remaining inventory of Legacy Publishers after the owner, Mary Dixon, passed away in December 2022.

Doodad Toys is keeping the legacy of Mary & Amadeus alive by incorporating Amadeus into our upcoming line of plush dolls called ZooConnex. We are also working to produce a short documentary about Mary & Amadeus and their adventures in publishing.
